Id like 2 design my room around a theme.im a grl bt i dont really want fluffy n lots of pink things in my room

I think a sea or beach theme sounds beautiful, and it's really not that hard or expensive to do. Paint your walls in whites, blues, greens. Head to a party supply store and buy up a bunch of beach-themed stuff, like seashells, starfish, gr skirts, netting, bamboo rods, and so forth. You can glue the seashells to your walls if you want, or just pile them into clear vases or bowls. You can use the gr skirt stuff to make a bedskirt, and you can put some hooks in the ceiling over your bed and hang the netting from that. You can also use netting as curtains--hang it from bamboo rods. Wind chimes would be nice, too. Get some rugs and a bedspread that works with your colors and theme and you're good to go! (If you've got the money, you could also get a sound machine that will play the sound of waves crashing against the shore.)
