Interpret this : i had a dream that i was in a doctors office and?

i had a child of my own.. a young infant like girl... and towards the end we were in the middle or running 3 tests on her and all of a sudden te more i looked at her the more she started to look like or have the face of a very old good friend of mine or was a good friend when we were very young like in our single digit years. anyway so i twirling around with the baby in my arms and she starts to resemble this girl i knew growing up who was a close friend growing up
