Is the beach Ocean Grove in New Jersey crowded?

I'm going there for vacation, and i would like to know if the beach Ocean Grove in New Jersey is always crowded, or is it not so bad? on a scale of 1-10 1 being barely any1 there, 10 being wave pool crowded.
