Is tinkabel a nice name for a girl?

Sorry but it sounds like a name for a chihuaua or other tiny dog. Doesn't Paris Hilton have a dog named Tinkerbell? Plus, if her nickname were Tink or Tinky, everyone would call her Tinkle. I know a Katinka (parent's are Russian) and she was always teased - Katinkle
