Well first off. John is exactly innocent. He did have an affair with Abigail and he did ask his wife to lie for him. But on the other hand he was one of the few people that KNEW the witchcraft claim was a bunch of garbage. John shouldn't have been arrested because he did not so anything wrong. Hope this helps.
