Are composers like Verdi, Antonín Dvořák, Schubert, and Bach considered "clical"?

I'm pretty confused because I know "clicism" in music is not same as romantic period, and baroque, and composers like Mozart, Beethoven, and Handel are from that clical period, but why are other composers from the other musical periods considered "clical"?
