Do you consider people from CT, NJ, Westchester, Upstate, and Long Island tourists?

If they are touring than yes. Many people from CT, NJ and Suffolk are commuters into Manhattan because they work there and play there quite a bit so, in my opinion not so much for them. No matter how geographically close they are, they are not New Yorkers with the exception of Suffolk County. Most of these people were from NYC and know a lot about it. Upstate NY is like a another world. When I go there they see me as tourist same goes for NJ and CT.
