I want to move with brother but mom says no?

The only thing I can tell you is that when you turn 18 you can choose where you want to live or do whatever you want.. Like they you become an adult and with that comes responsibilities, but while your still underage, you pretty much have no say unless your mom signs away custody to you brother. Your best bet is to wait until you turn 18. Good luck...
