Playoff tiebreaker question?

Ok, the two teams in the cluttered AFC playoff picture that have tiebreakers on the Dolphins are Jacksonville and Baltimore. Lets say the Dolphins win their last two, AND...Jacksonville loses to New England (which is highly likely), Baltimore wins out (and gets the 5 seed), but Denver loses to the Eagles this week (also highly likely) and beats Kansas City the final week of the season. That would give both the Dolphins and Broncos a 9-7 record, identical 7-5 conference record, AND an identical 4-2 division record, with no head to head matchup. Who would get the final playoff spot?
