Sore chest, chest infection?

i was diagnosed with a chest infection 2 weeks ago and prescribed antibiotics which finished almost a week ago but still have a chesty cough with phlegm and an extremely sore chest when i take a deep breath. i have had alot of chest infections before but never had this soreness when i breathe in, should i go and get the repeat of my antibiotics (that didn't seem to work) or go see the doc again?
