Does anyone know the name of this game?

It's a really old computer game, compatible with Windows 98. I used to play it at Jones Reading all the time. It's for kids, I think, and you play the main character as a kid with gles and is bald, and I think his weapon is a yo-yo at one point. There's ghosts and monsters, it has a pretty spooky theme, and I specifically remember a part of the game where you would step on a crack and there would be a picture of your mom in the back and she would yell in pain whenever you stepped on it.
