Pains in head and memory loss, DRUGS ?

i suffer from paranoya but tanks for the advice people it really means alot, i smoked hash and weed but i didnt think i did it enough to suffer from it, a relative of mine is smokin it over 15 years and hes perfect, i smoked it for the hole of last summer, would this be to blame for my pains in my head part of my paranoya and the fact that my short term memory is gone, it slowly went from remembering a week ago to 5 days to 2 days and now i need somthing very distinctive to remember what hapined testerday r is this because i do nothing everyday so thers nothin reall that sticks in my memory,i also have been smoking fags 3 years now , its been at this stage for the past year, help me plz tank you
