Doctors/Med-Students..please help me.?

I had my Gall Bladder removed about six months ago, because of gall stones. Lately I have been feeling the same pain in my abdoman that I felt when I had my gall bladder issues, Sort of a tightness feeling. I am going to go my doctor when I get the chance (next week or so). What do you think this could be?
