Is this considered stalking or harrment?

My exboyfriend and I have 3 children together. He is now seeing a new woman, this woman and her friends contanty drive past my home and yell profanities out the car windows, follow me arround town while I am driving, come onto my property at all hours and throw things at my home,move toys and things around in the yard,and tap on my bedroom window. Also strange things will happen like my car battery was changed out to a non working one, the pool I put up for my kids had 2 slash holes in it when I returned from the grocery store just a few hours after setting it up. I am fearful on a daily basis because this type of stuff has been happening daily for the past 3 weeks.
