International social networks? Interested in Finland culture & learning more about Finnish people...?

Are there any international social networking sites that allow people of all languages to intermingle? I really want to learn more about Finland, and would like to connect with ppl. from there, (since I can't afford a trip to visit Finland personally). I don't speak any Finnish... just looking to meet ppl. & learn more about their culture one-on-one. Thanks!
